-Payment
•I use PayPal and there is no other forms of payment I except. So, like no Venmo,Cashapp, EChecks, etc.
•Payment will be upfront for all pieces unless I tell you otherwise.
•The only currency that I use is USD.-Refund Policy
•Refunds will be issue 3-5 business days after requested.
•You can Not refund after the piece is finished.
•If a refund is asked during the sketch process then you will get 50% back. This doesn’t apply to purchases under $10. Under $10 you will get a full refund.
•I will only tell you otherwise under certain circumstances.
•Any reasons I may have that make it where I can not complete your commission will get a full refund.-Contract
•You are required to complete the contract before I start. You can submit it to me via Messenger or Gmail.
•If you are a minor your parents will need to fill out the form.-NSFW/Slight NSFW
•I do NOT do NSFW commissions of any sorts on this account. I will not do aged up characters. Especially ones who look like children but are adult. I will also not drawing ANY actual people in a sexual way, (No, family members, friends, coworkers/colleagues, spouses, partners). This is your only warning!!!
•NO! Guro, Loli, Beastiality, Zoophila, or non-consensual requests. You will be blocked and I will call the authorities. Again only warning. This account is for clean and safe commissions of Ocs and other characters. I will draw things a little suggestive but they have to clothed.-Copyrights and Policy
•I have full ownership of the piece. You are not allowed to remove the watermark or claim it as your own. You are not to purchase it in portfolios, galleries, social media, etc. Unless we've discussed otherwise.
•You can not use the commisoned piece, to reproduce into profit.
•Your allowed to use the piece as pfp,wallpapers, or to personally print.-Communication
•All communication will be through my work Messenger or Gmail.
•I will be consistently messaging you through the sketch and outline process.
•If it has been more then 48 hours without a reply your commission will be stopped and no refund can be issued.-Agreement
•You will be asked if you've read the full TOS several times during the commison process. If you fail to comply, you will have the possibility of cancelation and not getting a refund.
